Reports in the New York Times have claimed that Lance Armstrong may on the cusp of admitting to the doping charges leveled at him in the United States Anti-Doping Association report. Armstrong was stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and banned from competitive cycling for life in the wake of the report.

However it is now thought that Armstrong may admit to the doping allegations and charges made against him in an effort to revive a career in athletics and to compete in triathlons.
