Up to 90 people are now believed to have been killed in a suicide bomb attack in the city of Sanaa in Yemen. During a rehearsal for a military parade a man in a soldiers uniform blew himself up and the massive resultant blast injured hundreds present and killed 90 soldiers. All of the wounded and dead have been confirmed as military personnel.

No organisation has as yet claimed responsibility for the bombing however police in Sanaa have said that the attack bears the hallmark of Al-Qaeda. President Abdrabuh Mansur Hadi was due to be present at the parade and military ceremony on Tuesday.
